Chaos-proof, customizable wellness strategies.
That’s what women like you and I need, when we look in the mirror and the person we see doesn’t match the person we remember in our heads…

…When, no matter what you try, you just don’t feel good in your skin… when you’re falling asleep before your kids every night, exhausted.

A scientist at heart, I can vouch that researchers support the need for chaos-proof, customizable wellness strategies.

Even more importantly, though, my lived experience as a woman, mother and coach supports it.

The last 15 years of my life have been gruelingly challenging.  I’ve cried tears of heartbreak and pain, yelled at the top of my lungs in frustration, questioned the meaning of life, felt unspeakable joy and love, faced massive fears and so much more.  I birthed 3 children, moved cross country four times, lived at 10 different addresses, supported my family through my spouse’s three combat deployments with the US military, started a business, made friends and lost friends, and dealt with my own humanity.

Yet, through all of that, my ability to care for my body just gets better and better and better.

This hasn’t happened by accident.  It’s because I created my method to work for me, the action-taking wonder woman who is carrying the world on her shoulders…. and it turns out I wasn’t the only intellectual wonder woman who needed it.  Other women needed it too.

Since I’m a  (proud) super nerd, I’ve used the best of exercise science, nutrition, behavioral psychology, sociology, and anthropology to craft a method of wellness coaching that’s unlike anything you’ve ever experienced before.

Again and again, my students describe it as easy.  They describe an invisible weight lifted off their shoulders, a freedom and lightness they haven’t felt in years.  They feel safer around food, more joyful in life experiences and more present with their families.

What makes my work different?  It’s about teaching you a philosophy – a way of thinking, guiding questions to ask – moreso than exactly what to do.  It’s customizable for every season of life.  It’s not about good foods or bad foods, restriction, calorie counting, meal prep or even recipes.

It’s about you.  Recognizing who you are and honoring that through every step of your wellness journey.  Yes, you’ll learn about food and you’ll learn about exercise.  Most of all, though, you’ll learn about yourself – and you’ll learn to trust yourself as guiding voice of your wellness.
