Most of us are waiting for things to get a little easier, for the kids to grow up just a little bit more.
There’s a scary truth, though. Not everyone will make it. Not everyone is going to get fit, lose the weight they want to lose, live energetically, become strong, feel amazing in their body, take bubble baths or pursue their passions. So how exactly can you claim time in your momlife for these things? How can you make space for health, fitness, business ambitions and passions?

LIES WE’RE TOLD
It’s hard to say this out loud (that some women just won’t make it) because I feel like the fitness and nutrition industry sells an expensive lie to people.
For instance, it’s their job to make you feel like you can make an amazing transformation, as long as you want it badly enough… and if you aren’t able to make an amazing transformation, you must not have wanted it badly enough (cue guilt and shame). A staggering amount of people never make lifestyle transformations, though – they will live to the end of lives at a weight that’s classified as “unhealthy,” and typically not because they want to.
This fact has taunted me as a coach for years. As someone who is responsible for helping clients get results, I needed answers. started to look into what made some women successful compared to the women who never successfully made a lifestyle change.
Finally, what I learned from my research is the foundation of my online courses and coaching now. When I became a mom, that really took “the topic” to the next level.
HOW MOMS ARE DIFFERENT
When it comes to moms, though, we have a whole different set of challenges and obstacles compared to most people.
Motherhood is filled with servitude, and it often feels like there is no room for YOU at the end of the day… no time to brush your teeth, let alone to work out and cook healthy meals.
It’s overwhelming and exhausting. I have 3 kids. I get it.
THE SOLUTION
I have heard from moms, over and over, that they just don’t have the time or energy to take care of themselves. I’ve discovered that the big problem had nothing to do with health or fitness. It had to do with everything else!
If you want to get healthy when you’re a mom, you have to learn to deal with all the other variables in your life that are taking up time and energy.
Then, you have to streamline them so that you can make space for yourself in the day.
It took me years to figure this out. Once I did, though, it was a huge breakthrough. Then, I gathered all the resources to make this into something clear and easy to take action on… something that would be LIFECHANGING for moms.
